RAMs need more voltage than before for stable overclock

That needs a lot more money here where I live. Moreover, I had Kingston Value RAMs rated at 1333 MHz 1.5V. Rocked them at 1744 MHz 8-9-8-24-1T for 2.5 years till I got this.

Yeah that's true. I have already returned the R9 270X. The very next day, a R9 280X came which I am currently reviewing. It will take some time due to exams though.
