it could still be bad. ive had 2 bad units back to back before.

edit: those 500w evga units usually are not the best anyways.

No but its been running stock exept for when i oc'd it and even then it still kept crashing around the same times. Every 1-4 hours.
alright, try doing this. leave the clocks at stock, set the cpu volts to 1.3v static. set the ram to 1.65v at stock speeds. these should be safe to run and report back if it keeps giving you trouble.

I thought 1.3 was alot for intel 4th gen haswell

Also i just realized i put a different cpu in it to see if it was the other cpu and it still does the same thing the new cpu in it is an i5 4590

For anyone wondering yes i found the problem, the vrm thermal pad was bad. I changed it an now it seems to be working fine knock on wood.
