Hello, I'm getting high fps on rdr2, but my image is not fluent, my system specifications and monitor are written below, I tried many methods, turning on and off freesync monitor hz 144, how can I solve this problem? thanks

Specs: rx 6800 i5 12400f 16gb ram
monitor:
asus tuf vg27aq1a

note: temperatures gpu 60 cpu: 60
adrenaline version 22.12.2

note2:I'm sorry there may be some inverted sentences as I wrote from the translation.

So you need help tuning your in-game and driver settings? What resolution? Edit looked up the monitor and it's 1440p. You should be able to max most settings with this config.

Bunu tarif etmenin başka bir yolu var mı? Yırtılma, kekemelik veya bulanıklık?
You can think of it like tearing but not exactly like that.

I have this problem when I play at 2k ultra settings. When I want to play the game fluently, I have to set the graphics to medium-low settings, which is very annoying.

I just confirmed with my wife who plays that game. She said she had to enable v-synch and run in exclusive full-screen mode or it would tear badly.

I'm in full screen mode with V sync on, I get 90-100 fps in benchmark tests, but when I look at the monitor, the game you know hangs. If I lower the settings of the game, this time the image looks like mud, I heard that the optimization of the game is problematic, but I personally did not expect this much.

You might want to try this:

With your hardware you should be on some very high game settings. My wife plays at 4k with a 6900xt. There's something just going wrong.

Probably monitor/cable

Switch to Vulcan. If that doesnt help then try DirectX 11. As it is known that DX12 in few games make it feels luggish even though fps is high.

I'm sure about the monitor but not sure about the cable, do you think there's something wrong with the cable? Other games stutter occasionally but rdr is also obvious (light dead grand theft auto etc)

I tried both but unfortunately the result is the same, when I set the ultra the game hangs very clearly and when I set the optimize setting the image looks bad. I didn't know what to do.

Understand dp/hdmi cables are a digital signal and are more sensitive to problems unlike vga or dvi

And some monitors have issues with lag.

You mentioned you can feel that in other games too. Hmmm, do you use single or dual channel? RAM plugged in correct slots comparing to manual? Did this happen suddenly or was from the start?

RDR is one of the rare games that utilizes more than 10GB of RAM alone while running longer sessions. If some Chrome tab is open while running the game 16GB may become limiting so you and up hitting swap file thus the stutter.

I use the rams as dual channel, they are already installed in the right places. When the system first came, I was having this problem when I installed the driver and opened the game.
