Realtek Modded Audio Driver for Windows 10/11 - Only for HDAUDIO

Hi All,installed this software months ago,and had 5.1 working fine,just for gaming and the odd 5.1 movie file.Decided to update to newest version
i chose the minimal install the patched driver ddl dts etc,no dtsx sound unbound etc
codec is realtek ac1220 p on msi b550 unify os is win 10
optical to 5.1 onkyo receiver
when i play a 5.1 test file the rear l & r surrounds play thru the front speakers
i have attached 4 pix within the device manager and sound applet to clarify
am missing something basic?? have worked on this awhile but posting here now as i am stuck!!

NEW CHANGES IN DCH VERSION

This allowed my optical output in DTS and is really amazing. Realtek should be ashamed or at least pay Alan for making their hardware usable as intended. There is no way for me to use the greast ALC892 sound audio without Alans code. People say onboard audio is terrible. i disagree, It can be amazing but not unless the company RT supports drivers andf updates with sindows etc. I am sad I got sunset by Alan now. Maybe time to look for new motherboard cheap.

Well digging around i figured out my issue,i think
For some reason my receiver had the surround setting set to off now i am getting 5.1 playback on the test file
will try other formats to see if all good

Well still some gaming issues,bass level is really down it seems from previously

Hey @AAF Optimus Nvm That Question Above But... Could U Start Making Old Drivers Again Like "RealtekDriver_2019_02_25.exe" I Loved Those Times Where They Worked Now There Well... Broken Maybe Compatibility Changes Thats All My Asking For (I Don't Have "RealtekDriver_2019_02_25.exe" I Have Few Others I Lost This One In Data Failure In 2020 And They Stopped Workin Anyway But Just Giving A Suggestion)

But

First Try Installing Generic USB Audio (If Supported),
And Tell Me Is This Your First Time Doing This Or Did This Work Before? And Start After Idk A Windows Update, Resetting/Refreshing Windows, AAF Driver Update, Etc?,
I Might Be Able To Help If Not Try Asking Alan (AAF Optimus) He Prob Knows.

i tried both aaf modded
1 based "ms hdaudio" doesnt work - has not driver "AAF DCH Optimus USB Audio"
2 based on realtek install but dont work, all aps error "supported device not found" or similar problem

Hmm? Just To Clarify I'm Using Windows 11 Home x64 22H2 Also But Still Using "Generic USB Audio" (I Think There The Same Just Yours If Named Or Prob Different Headphones Company's Thats Why)
And For The Fix I Think You Should Install The Driver (The AAF Usb One) From Device Manager BEFORE The UWP/Desktop Apps Install In The Installer (Like When Its Installing The Drivers)
And Make Sure You Check For Remains Via Driverstore Explorer Like Alan Says

I Would Test For A Solution But My Headphones Uses "Generic USB Audio" Not Realtek So Yeah...
Btw Is Your USB Audio Device Compatible? Cuz Maybe Your HWID Is Different Than That One Does It Say "Windows cannot verify this driver Compatibility"? When Install It Via Device Manager?

ALC4080 is integrated audio codec into M/B MSI MPG b650E EDGE WiFi using USB2.0 bus, sounddevice has not classic USB ports

but VID_0DB0 also present in *.cat files and it is not editionable by user

I suppose VID_*** check is also in program persist
So Alan it requisted to edit *cat files and other

interesting that DTS X Ultra working
