So, the thread name says about issue is that the device causes Package C-State stuck on C3 and never go lower:
Earlier it was like that:
I have already tried re-installing drivers (also, for some reason, even going to stock driver didn't fix that), OS, enabling some more power saving features, but still no luck getting it back working as it was.
The only fix is not to use Ethernet/use WiFi and I'll get cool C8 State
Any of you any ideas how to fix?
