I have an Asus P5Q Pro motherboard. Looking for something that will be a major upgrade from my ATI Radeon 4850 but which will still be compatible and not give me issues. I realized I needed an upgrade when its performance on Battlefield 3 just didn't cut it.

Looking to stay under $300. I won't use it for anything special except for gaming, although I do use dual LCD monitors if that makes any difference.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Cool thanks...I won't need to upgrade my PSU right?
