Can any moderators or admin start a thread about motherboard's and the features or benifits? if not then my question is I'm looking to buy a good overclocking motherboard like the one I have Foxconn which has nice overclocking that comes with the foxconn software no need for going into the bios. With Foxconn I can change the volts, and memory speed+volts, fan speed even other fans inside pc. Sorry if its been mention before, I only ever used one brand-foxconn.

The motherboard can be either Amd for Phenom or Intel for quad core 8gb+ pci-e(can be 1 or 2),basically any new mobo or recent mob's u guys have.

what CPU is it for also please give requirments

Yes, need more info on what you're looking for.

he did say for phenom or C2Q.

but, yea, why are u replacing that Foxconn, it got SB750, so WTF??

If you want better i'd say an ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe or DFI LP DK 790FXB-M2RSH

For intel, id say you can get that fancy Foxconn X48 quantum series (cant remember the name) or Asus Maximus II Formula, Rampage Formula, P5Q or P5q Pro. DFI P45 or X48 also an excellent choice.

Well if he just wants random recommendations, I can definitely list a few incredible boards (for Intel)

In the top end:
Foxconn Blackops
Gigabyte EP45T-Extreme
Gigabyte X48T-DQ6
Asus Rampage Extreme (best s775 board out, but expensive)

Mid-low range:
Asus P5Q
Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
Gigabyte EP45-Extreme
DFI P45-T2RS Plus

I can recommend for AMD
Foxconn destroyer
DFI 790FX w SB750
