Red Devil Rx5700xt Not Working

Hello

Recently i had a problem with my Red Devil Rx5700xt .. i just removed my rx5700xt from my pc , But when i installed it back my gpu doesnt work anymore .. when i turn on my pc, cpu cooler spining and other sytem seems working , but my gpu fan is not spinning and no display (black screen)(mobo logo also not appear ) (gpu rgb on)

Question: what happen to my gpu ?
 
time to get a new one.

Then it's most likely dead. You either, RMA it, if you still have warranty, buy a new one or take it to a repair shop and see if they can fix it.
You don't have a friend with a PC ? or an IT department at work, buy the guys a Coke and ask them to try your card on one of their PCs.

'try to install it in a different slot if you have one. lot of motherboards have two gpu slots. it might work. don't forget cable from monitor to back of gpu. thats all I can think of.

I see thnks .. i just bought new motherboard .. hopefully the gpu still working ...

My new motherboard + cpu just arrive , i just tested my rx5700xt on my new platform .. and its working good ..
I dont know why my rx5700xt not detected on my old platform , because when i use different gpu, my old system still can run ...
Anyway .. problem solved .. once again thanks

Ive been using this gpu on my old system using gt730 as display ..like i said ' when i installed my gpu ,it doesnt work anymore' which mean ive been using rx5700xt on my system ... But is suddenly not working..

im sorry if i wasted your time ..

If the gpu are not working because of the uefi bios , when turn on (fan spinning but no display)

but like i said my rx5700xt(fan not spinning no display no mobo logo )

You ever think to run the system without a case aka breadboarding it?

No because i thought the gpu will over heat... I just put it on my new system r5 3600+gigabyte b550m Ds3H.. It suddenly got display.. But on the next day this problem come again

R53600+gigabyteB550m DS3H + Red devil rx5700xt

After installing amd adrenalin on my pc, i stress test using adrenaline on my gpu and it work fine 62°c.. I feel relieved, i thought my gpu will be good after that.. But sadly on the next day i turn on my pc and play with it for a while.... So i left my pc for about 1 hours, and my pc goes on sleep mode, when wake up my pc, no display but the system running with all rgb and fan spinning.. I tried unplug and plug in hdmi, mouse and keyboard.. Theres sound of plugging in but no display.. I tried to force turn off my pc, but when i turn on, black screen again (no mobo logo)

I dont have other power supply that support 2x8 pin connector ...

i can use my psu normally with other gpu and im broke to buy new psu ... It kind of waste to buy cheap psu

Well, if you PSU works fine with another GPU that consumes similar power (~180-220W), then its ok. I was commenting on that because once my daughter got a weird issue with a PSU she had where it worked perfectly for anything windows, but as soon as a video game kicked in, the PC turned off.

Cant seem to find any reviews or data on that unit, where do you live?
 
Must be market specific that unit is, well it's a crap shoot, it is possible the 5700xt may have a bad solder joint or component on it and may require a repair from a reputable company such as krisfix.de or NorthridgeFix

I dont know about that .. and theres no gpu specialist near me .. soo sad
