Use the other gpu for now and find board repair companies or look towards saving up and buying a new gpu.

Must be market specific that unit is, well it's a crap shoot, it is possible the 5700xt may have a bad solder joint or component on it and may require a repair from a reputable company such as krisfix.de or NorthridgeFix

I just realize that my gpu has display but my pc somehow cannot detect my gpu.. No rx5700xt on Display adapter

But on serial bus controller it said
"AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller 1.10 (Microsoft)"

What should i do?

Either have the 5700XT Repaired or Replace it with a RX 6700/6750 XT...

Yup it got damaged, understand you got a new motherboard and then the gpu started failing, either repair it or replace it, i suggest replacing it due to 6700s/6750s can be had for brand new with a warranty on them.

How to fix this .. i tried to update driver over and over but still no windows update

Gpu( Hdmi ) display black screen
My hdmi cable is good ( can work on other gpu)

Im using my phone as display since my cpu (no integrated graphics)

Hope someone can help
