Hello!
I'm using a Redmi 9T. Just before an earthquake happened, the device sent a notification without a sound. All settings were on when I checked sound notifications and earthquake alert settings.
It states that earthquakes larger than 4.5 are sent as notifications. There was just a 5.1 magnitude earthquake, but for some reason, I only received a text notification without the sound. Does the earthquake's magnitude also affect whether the notification will be sounded or not?
Why could this be happening? The notification sound settings were highest, but only the media sound setting was turned down. It can't be the media volume setting, can it?
Thank you,
