Render Test. Low usage/readouts on Nitro+RX6900XT

Forgot to mention, this is on the standard(small) window, running it in full screen mode usage/readouts is as expected.
Although i can't get the graph to display on top in full screen (perhaps that's normal ?).

Yeah the GPU load by the render test isn't high enough, so the card thinks it's only lightly loaded, which is correct, and doesn't go to full clocks

Maybe an update of the GPU test is in order? Something that could (optionally?) load the GPU a LOT. :)
I.e. add a new setting in Settings named "GPU test type" with 2 choices - Standard (old) & NEW (with heavy load).
