Request nvidia rtx 2080ti driver for windows 1607

Hello i would need a 2080ti driver for a windows 1607, i do not want to update my windows, because windows 1607 has performance that i am happy with, i have tested all windows versions in the past, 1607 is a must, i also recently got 2080ti rtx, and turns out, it needs 1709 or greater, to install drivers, I would really need a way, there should be a driver modding, or any other way, or advice, how to make it happen, i did a fast google search, and see no driver to download, but people are discussing it, it might be a tough task, but i would really really need it, i do not want to update to 1709 and greater with any cost, Please can someone help me

i play alot of older games, and already for years and years ive just been testing, windows 10 versions, and i know newer usually the better, but nothing can match 1607 performance for me
example a game called fortnite in 1607 i get 240fps always, and in newer versions i get 150 170, and the feeling in games of older windows version like 1607, is another thing, i never liked newer windows versions, because simple thing like game feeling, i also test performance, optimize everything, i know this section, because ive done it as a kid, all about optimization, i used to have 1080gtx, it was all fine, but i got 2080ti rtx as a gift, and there is no drivers for it anymore, also i test a very specific old game, that i play the most, and again newer windows versions, kinda ruin it and make it unplayable, its hard to explain, but its about that feeling, main thing is performance performance performance, no optimization in google/youtube, does the magic like windows 1607 version, at least for my hardware, i also had to degrade my bios few years back, to fix performance problems, when pretty much everybody said, upgrade not degrade.

Careful with installing any "driver" that "someone" might give you. You already showed willingness to do it so a bad actor could harm your system. Most people (if not all) here wouldn't do that but careful nonetheless.

And about windows. 22H2 isn't bad, sooner or later you will have to upgrade. On more recent games like warzone 2 you have to be above 1909.

Just install the ltsc 2021 iot version (your key will work if you have it linked to your ms account) and chill. No stuff on the background, just the bare minimum windows.
You wont even get updates, just defender stuff (or disable defender altogether if you're comfortable with that and have good browsing habits).
