I'm new here on Techpowerup, so, Hi everyone :)

I have a request to make
I'm looking for a BIOS from this R9 280 Dual-X (11230-00-20G).
I have a HD7950 Dual-X (11196-19-20G) and apparently they are both the same card (The PCB looks exactly the same)
But my HD7950 doesn't support UEFI GOP, but the R9 280 DOES support. I really want to have a card with this capability, because I have everything I need to make a "Ultra-Fast boot" (AsRock mobo, system installed in a SSD with UEFI partition scheme) but I can't use because my GPU don't support.
So, if anyone here have this card and could help, I will be really glad.

Best regards,
Deivid.

Hi

Welcome to TPU

How to make an image of current vbios
[for persons that would like to help, but do not know how they can]
make sure model is this: XFX R9 280 Dual-X (11230-00-20G)
download and run GPU-Z here
Example
GPU-Z backup vbios image.png

Select: bios chip icon
Select: save to file [VbiosName.rom]
Select: VbiosName.rom [file that was created]
press right mouse button
Select: send to compressed zip folder
Reply to post and "upload a file" to attach it

@OP TBH would be better to sell the vga card and buy a card that supports UEFI GOP out of the box
