The RTX 2050 is Ampere-based, so it's really a 30-series card. It wouldn't be surprising for it to have resizable BAR.

It's enabled in mother board bios so the gpu is if compatible.

Intel said that ReBar is available in PCIe generally but vendors do not want to do that
