rtx 2080 Ti have full support dx 12_2 and mesh shader or not?

I want to buy rtx 2080 Ti, i want to be sure this card have FULL support of DX 12_2 and mesh shader. So my question before i buy this card is: have mesh shader and full DX 12_2 ultimate support or not?
