RTX 3050ti- no vulkan support?

So this is a new one, I had reinstalled windows 10 because 11 wasn't working right with my laptop. I got everything up and working but now gpuz shows no vulkan support check box, I DDU and installed my driver but still no vulkan what happen? How do I get it back like before?

Okay I can't play any games that use vulkan WTF is going on here :confused::confused:

Interesting .. GPU-Z really does try to create a Vulkan context .. have you tried the newest drivers? Your laptop is AMD based?

Yeah I got it back it's showing on beta drivers, my laptop is amd based 5600h.
 
How did you fix it? I don't want to update to newer drivers due to GPU power management being locked in those drivers. I'm using driver version 528.24 with 3050 Ti & 11300h
