rx 570 core clock problem

Hello, I have rx 570 pulse 4 gb and I have the following problem
Core clock doesn't work at full while the usage is at 100% when I run a stress test. Also the Subsystem Id isn't 1DA2 E353 like all 570 pulse 4 gb cards.
My subsystem id is 1DA2 E387.

Thank you for your answer but i face an addition problem.Sometimes gpu crash and fans go to full and i got black screen ,but the sound continues to play.
I have asrock fatality b450 k4 ,ryzen 5 2600 and 16 gb ram 3200mhz g.skill.
