RX 570 - Unstable GPU Usage

Yes depending the workload/benchmark settings (low-med-high) and the CPU. If the CPU becomes a bottleneck then GPU utilization is dropping, as the GPU waits for the CPU. Or if you set low quality for graphics then again GPU utilization will drop.

My 580 does this it makes the graphs look hecka weird
it doesnt seem to impact on performance though and my 3200g def is not bottlenecking
