RX 6750 XT problem

Hi guys. I am new here. I purchased a brand new RX 6750 XT - XFX QICK graphic card.The problem is when i play games ( CS GO, Warzone 2), randomly, after 5 minutes of gaming, the screen is getting black for 3 seconds, then comes back to normal.I mention that i can control the game, NO crashes or blue screen or restart, just randomly my screen get black for few seconds.This is very annoying because in 10 minutes it does the same about 3 - 4 times.

I want to mention that i have a quite new pc, B550 motherboard, Bronze 620 W PSU, a Ryzen 5600x CPU 16 GB of RAM and Smart Acces Memory is enabled.

Someone who met this problems and have a advice for me ?

No..only 1 monitor.Samsung G5 144 hz.

Try a different cable and/or different port on the GPU

try lowering your resolution, or lowering any display or in game setting just to check, looks like something can't handle it well

Those instabilities can be caused by settings in your AMD driver suite. Maybe you have tried undervolting more than it withstands? In my case with a Sapphire Pulse RX6750XT the same sort of behaviour occured when I tried to undervolt more than the GPU could but the wattman for RDNA2 works very differently from all previous GPUs.

You need a bigger power supply. 620w is not enough. 650w min on a 6750xt. 700w or more to be safe.

Seasonic 500W gold rated here without any problem at all. Prefer quality over quantity for most things in life.

Hey just saying. Based on manufactures suggested minimum and recommended power supply requirements. Like mine is Min 650w Rec 750w. I run 700w and it runs fine.

Manufacturers are known to propose more than needed to be safe from low quality PSUs.

For sure! A tester or a borrowed one to check if that's the case would be a good try.
