The part number N5G8032HDC-E-F on the memory is a clone part number. Compatible brand according AliExpress is Samsung which could be wrong.

Without a datasheet we are missing lots of information...Are there any stickers on the card?

Elpida EDW4032BABG (C940 boot message, 4GB):

Hynix H5GC4H24AJR + Samsung K4G41325FE (C940 boot message, 4GB):

Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR (C940 boot message, 8GB)

Micron MT51J256M32HF (C940 boot message, 8GB)

Samsung K4G80325FB (C940 boot message, 8GB)

Like eidairaman1 stated, don't use the GUI and follow the instructions in the Flash guide mentioned in the signature of eidairaman1.
You MUST use AMDVBFLASH version 2.93 and be aware your computer might not boot at all after the flash since we don't know which real brand might work with your fake/clone brand memory.
Make sure you have a plan B like onboard graphics or a second PCI-E slot were you can install a second graphics card.

Is there true bios (i test ) thanks for help

Typically the gpu runs at 1284 or 1286 but you found a 1340 that works, so go with it

Also with al 2304SP enabled which is very nice!
