Hi guys, need some help here with my RX580. i faced this issue for around a month trying diff methods but still unable to resolve. I've attached an image for reference.

To add on, i can stream videos normally. However i could not play any single games. e.g CSGO

Did you try to plug it into a different PCI-E slot, and see if it makes any difference ?

Alternatively, if you have another computer near you, give it a try too.
 
Have you also tried uninstalling drivers/reinstalling , delete the device and re-install it ?
 
Try atikmdag patch. Helped me with my former mining rx570 card.
