Ryzen 5 5600G or motherboard B450M DS3H broked

I bought an R5 5600G on Aliexpress and I can't use it.
With my old R7 1700 it turns on normally but when I put the new one in, it doesn't come out of the BIOS.
It keeps loading Windows endlessly.
I can navigate through the menus and configure the BIOS...
My motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H v1.0, I tested it using BIOS F61 and also F62d.

What operating system?
Was the OS intalled in MBR or UEFI modes?
Was secureboot enabled?

When you enter the BIOS, does it show the correct CPU name?

Thanks for coming back and letting us know

If you had TPM/secure boot on with windows 11, you need to import the old TPM key to boot
