Does anyone know if the 2020 Q70T 75in offer backlight setting,?. I currently have the 2020 75in Q60t and does not offer, its very dark and I'm going to return it. My friend has the 2019 model 75in q60t and it is very bright and has backlight settings.

RTFM, I guess? I can only find the Germany manual quickly, it says that Contrast, Brightness, Colors etc. is in the "Settings / Picture / Expert Settings" menu. You should also take a look in the "Settings / General / Eco" menu to make sure no energy saving stuff (adaptive brightness, automatic brightness) is selected, preventing normal operations.

Yes, modern TVs have such settings that automatically adjust. It's been a while since I used a Samsung TV, but setting the color settings to Vivid or whatever might fix your issue. That TV shouldn't be "very dark" as long as you have those properly set up. Returning that 75 inch TV is going to be a lot of work especially during these times.

Did you check if the TV is on some ECO mode? This darkens the screen a lot, and usually have auto mode too for adjusting brightness according to ambient lighting.

Yes I turn off eco and ambient light auto light off. I have on vivid as well. Still very dark
Returning is not hard. Hardest part is taking off the wall and putting in my truck. I did contact Samsung tech support thru connect yo the tv. They also aid this model 2020 q60 does not offer backlight control. But the 2019 same model does. Right now for same price I bought my 75in q60t I can get the 75 in q70t. But I need make sure it is brighter than my my q60 and has backlight control.
