Benchmark Scores WHAT!?
Hey guys, I was fiddling with my SSD on Saturday morning and was running the Samsung Magician performance optimization tool, after that I ran a benchmark and these are the numbers I received for my SSD.

Then I ran it again today, after doing the optimization thing again and receieved the numbers that are on Sunday.

The only changes that I've made since the Saturday benchmark were adding a HDD for Steam/Origin and installed...quite a bit of games....about 40 of them on Steam and 5 on Origin. The only thing...they're all installed on the HDD, so...the performance hit I've experienced...could that be from having the HDD in my system? My numbers were insane before downloading video games! The only thing I have on my SSD is Steam/Origin/Spotify/Driver software/ and one game, being FFXIV.

Can anyone shed some light on what happened?

Looks like you have it on a SATA II port instead of a SATA III port.

I don't think so...I believe I only have SATAIII ports on my mobo...unless it's my settings in the bios...?

Yep, they sure are. =/ Dunno what could have happened that my performance dropped that low. Could the installation of the HDD and all the video games have done it?

My SDD benchmark performance dropped after I started to fill it with data. I haven't noticed any performance decrease while using the drive.

Very true...I was just thinking, that since I have the games installed on the HDD, that my SSD would still be pulling numbers like those first ones, but...I guess that's not the case...pretty weird.

I still got about 75%-80% free on the SSD, so I shouldn't worry too much, right? It's still blazing super duper fast! :)
