Is there any way to the Sapphire HD5670 1GB GDDR5 card with larger series of amendments into bios?

Flashing a card with a different cards BIOS is bad news.
Like a man wearing womens panties.

You're better off to get the maximum OC with software until it is stable then edit you BIOS with the maximum stable OC.
But this is risky and fan profile will need to be adjusted.
