Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 128 MB with Hynix memory - BIOS needed!

Hi everybody!
I've got a 'cheap' 9600XT with corrupted video BIOS. I searched trough the net, but I didn't find a BIOS image that works properly with my card.
These are the specs:
Card: Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 128M V/D/VO
P/N: 1024-HC29-1A-SA
Memory: 128 MB of Hynix 421A

I already tried with a Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 128 MB (with Samsung memory) BIOS (blanking screen while bootup, missing, funny characters, after XP has loaded, only some red-green dots); with a Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 256MB Hynix (in COD2, after a few minutes of play, the 3d objects 'forget' their textures, I can see only funny, rainbow-color wireframes). Now the card has a Hightech Radeon 128MB Hynix BIOS, the COD2 ran great, but in COD1 there are some 'wireframe' objects like before with the COD2, and the screen detail is terrible. Can somebody please help me to find my card's own BIOS? (I can't tell something about the memory's freqs, the card was dead.)

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, will try. Can you help me where can I find some information (for example memory freqs) about this card? I have searched the card name (found older cards with different P/N and memory chips) and the P/N (found only russian and polish pages, and I'm not a language genius :D). The Sapphiretech home page contains zero information about 9600XT, only an advertisement sheet and some photographs of cards with Samsung memory chips.)

I can help you with the memory because on my 9800PRO 128MB (XT now) the memory is Hynix 2.8ns. It is rated for 350MHz (2x350MHz) at 2.8V. It could do app.380MHz. The difference is that 9800PRO/XT is 256 bits and 9600 has only 128 bits memory bus.

I can help you with the Russian sources of information and probably with Polish too. But please send me the links mainly for the Russian reviews to see what about ;).

Thanks for the help, I solved the problem with a Powercolor Radeon 9600XT 128MB Hynix 3.3 BIOS. It works perfectly:)
