Sapphire RX 480 FanIssues

So i just got my Sapphire RX 480 today, but the fan won't spin until the temperature hits 90 C and when the fans spin the sounds is like vacum cleaner. I used driver from the box i , is my sapphire fail? (Sorry for my bad english)

My Computer Specs

MoBo: MSI Z97 MPower

PSU : Seasonic G650

RAM : Avexir 2x8 gb

OK, I include my Crimson Setting I think the fans should spin, but from my picture you can see the fans won't spin. Can you explain to me how I enabling the fans all the time?

Did you try it with the fan speed on "auto"?

Or, click the "reset" and start tweaking from the default settings.

Well no one but another 480 owner can help you with Wattman(no access). But for my Fury I use Target Temp. I set it to 65 from the default 85 so my fans actually spin up before 70 or so. But like I said Wattman is only for the 480 so I don't know how it is now.

Do you use 16.6.2 ?

Try to reinstall it.

Ok , I already set the temperature from 65 to 80 but still the fans won't speed. So sad...

Nope the fan didn't spin but after it's hit around 90 c the fan spin, but because the card was to hot , my computer was instantly shutdown...

As i know RX 480 fans don't stop in idle and should work always.

Try to restart ur windows and join to motherboard BIOS, if fan doesn't spin here, i think you should RMA the video card...

Try using Display Driver Uninstaller.

If don't work i suggest RMA the card with Sapphire, it looks like is a thing that at maximum a BIOS flash can solve.

I had problem with fan in my psu, at low RPMs fan didn't spin.

This is why I dont like to get a card on launch date. When I got my gtx 670 Top at launch, the card had blackscreen when I game most of the time. 2-3 weeks lates, Asus released a bios to fix it.

Drivers won't work here...

Yup, I already tried on BIOS and nothing changes I think my card fail... sad. Thanks for the help and for the fast respon
