well i still think they have a typo there (1st link) but if it is a gto2 then its suposed to mod according to sapphire :)

btw that 2nd link is likely a card with a r430 core :( (you dont want that)

Yeah sean, it's freaking proof. 3 websites are not going to make a massive typo of "pcie" to "agp", I mean the letters aren't even near the other ones. I'd love to know if it's moddable too, I was gonna buy one but couldn't wait and got a 6800

Well first of all, why are you so sure? I mean if you work for Sapphire I would take your word, but anything else is just stubborness. Plus, what would the companies do when everyone sends them back a version not compatible with their system? They might go out of business, and it's really doubtful that someone from that website would say "hmm, I don't think I'll bother reading the box, I just assume it's....uhhhh....that graphics name....oh yeah, AGP, I think that's it" 3 times in a row.

Okay, but still, why don't you want to believe? It's one thing that it could be a typo, but what makes you SO SURE that there's no AGP version out? Sapphire and ATI don't update their sites for a while sometimes, so you can't base it off of their sites.

I like to base my help on as much fact as possible and the fact is that i have never seen or heard anything about a agp variant of the gto2 infact if i remember correctly at its launch it was said that it was pcie only :(

btw if you want a unlockable cheap card go for the x850 pro agp vivo thise things unlock 95% of the time and are easily flashable to a xtpe with proper cooling :)

There was an agp X850XT PE so it stands to reason that there'd be an AGP GTO2!

okay, well maybe someone that bought the GTO2 "AGP" will tell us what it really is. Until then we can keep assuming, but someone with experience can tell us the truth

Well Dr. Death, Sapphire doesn't update their site every day, like I said, so it might be out-of-date. Plus stop arguing, Cainam has already ordered it if you didn't see his post, so just wait for what he tells us.

I have looked on the sapphire websight and i did not see a agp one . yes the gto2 only comes in pcie here look for your selfhttp://www.sapphiretech.com/en/products/graphics_specifications.php?gpid=120
and this one is the gto and it is agp http://www.sapphiretech.com/en/products/graphics_specifications.php?gpid=119 there this is the sapphire site so dont mess with them'
There is one problem with your reasoning there: Sapphire does NOT list the GTO² on their site with their products, neither PCI-E nor AGP. (possibly on the forums, though) The one you gave a link to is the GTO Ultimate which is NOT the GTO², and it doesn't even look the same either. GTO Ultimate = fanless GTO
