Laptop that has had water damage got a weird stripe(depends on white or black by the angle you look at it), some condensation underneath the screen, but the screen is working flawlessly except for those 2 problems, any help would be appreciated for how to maybe solve this

What kind of laptop is it?

Sometimes, screen replacements are possible.

Alright, you can use a tool like AIDA64 to check what display your laptop has. The trial version works.

Shown here is my HP Stream 11. Go to the display dropdown and go to monitor. Note the monitor ID.

Then, go to a site like Panelook.com and search for it.

Panelook will also show similar displays of the same size and interface but do your research before trying a different screen.

Given the fact that your laptop is newer, it most likely has an eDP connector. Verify the connector and specs; then it's as simple as checking eBay or another similar site.

Unless it was highly filtered water, it is unlikely you can get rid it because that "stain" is likely caused by dust and other contaminates the water left behind.

The problem is, LCD screens consist of multiple layers bonded together and typically cannot be separated without causing further damage. The way I see it, you have two choices, learn to live with it, or replace the screen.

If you primarily use the computer at the same desk all the time, you could get an external monitor and just use that.
