Hi all

I'd consider myself a power user. I've been using windows since 3.11 and building PCs for 15 years. I try and keep my system as clean and clutter free as possible. CCleaner is my best friend.

But here's a piece of software I think no user should be without (or at least try). Secunia Personal Software Inspector.

You often install things and forget about them. But what if they were buggy and have since been patched? Wouldn't it be useful if some program figured out what versions they were with signature analysis and suggested updates for them for you, easily?

There you go!

Am I the only one to use this on all my PCs? I only found out about it relatively recently and wanted to share with the knowledgeable people here :) Cheers

PS no i dont work for them lol

I have used this for a couple of years now, it is handy to find updates.

The only issue I have is that Kaspersky Internet Security will not allow it to connect to the Secunia servers, so I need to disable KIS when I use it.
