Now I don't wana make anyone think this is going to be some awesome concept done really well on the computer or anything, so if you were looking for that you may leave :P
This is just something I threw together in few minutes earlier since I'm building my own pc atm it popped into my head.

(WARNING, BAD ART AHEAD.)

I'm saying in THEORY would this method work, I know it's rough and needs to be through through more, but it's just a concept I'm wondering about.
Lets say a medium computer build, specs like, I5-2500k OC-4.0Ghz, gtx560ti range.
Keep in mind that although people might say "the air flow would dissipate" I'd have wood narrowing the it on the false bottom, this way the airflow will go over all the parts, and the parts aren't clogged up, useful to keep the heat down possibly?

Keep in mind, I'm good with working with wood and built similar things from when I worked for my uncle, ill also be able to get the wood dead cheap.

Looks like this could b a really neat idea! So just to clarify, you are thinking instead of buying a case, using the desk as one? And I'm not sure about the fans being in the front, as it could get annoying while sitting there... You would also need to compensate for the PCI slots and would need to put some anti-static materials to avoid shortages...

that's awesome, now that made me thinking of trying to make one since buying wood is much cheaper

I think some Ugandan war lord stole your monitor

I honestly have no idea why I wrote Kony, I mean I knew I was doing it, but I think I was just poking fun at the whole "put Kony everywhere" thing haha.

But seriously if anyone does this I demand pics! I don't have enough computer build knowledge to do it I'm afraid, but hey, doesn't mean someone else doesn't!

Nah I understand why you put Kony there. Much like how you could put Penasonic or Semsang.

Well I am in the planning stages, I currently don't have enough money:banghead: so I'm getting all of the dimensions down.

I want to mount all my hardware inside and add a Corsair H100 on side make a cut out for a fan or two.:D

In the pick is a GTX 680 ASUS IV Extreme and Corsair AX850
