Yup, it's just that GPU-Z is running sooner so you see the lower temps when coming out of sleep..

Unlike actually starting the system up it's got to get to the point of loading GPU-Z and by that time the GPU has already got to the higher temps..

That's normal, windows sleep mode will put the video card in sleep mode also.

My point is that the GPU-z graph (the shape of the curve) does not reflect the actual data. Instead of using a line of 0 for no valid data, it is graphing with a curve from 0 to first valid data point.

bug indeed, let me think about a way to fix without adding a constant performance penalty. I might just clear all old sensor data when returning from standby

Edit: should be fixed in next release
