So I am planning on going to take my Server Plus Cert. I have done the 640, 642, 646, and 236. And did fairly well in those courses. Should I do it?

Are you getting a voucher for it? Its a good course for users looking to get into network and server administration. Adding that to an A+, Network+ and Security+ would be a good resume filler.

I'm currently getting back on track to pursuing my MCSA for 2012R2. Working for an MSP that is Microsoft helps for me to make that decision as I work my way through the engineer ranks there.

Server+ as I've come to understand it is like A+ for servers. So its a good gateway depending on your experience level, ability to access and manage servers and budget for such exams. I elected not to take it yet...but might just to have it as padding on my resume.
