I downloaded something called tight Vnc on my computer at home which is the hosting server thingy (Im screwed as you can see). Anyway, while my phone was connected to my home network I had no trouble connecting my phone to my PC using the router address 192.168.1.4, now when I turn wifi off on my phone, neither my actual IP found from a website or the router address are working.
Port 5900 is forwarded, firewalls are off, Im not sure what Im doing wrong and why I cant connect. Any thoughts? Im away from home right now but the server file is still running, so Im hoping there is something I can do on my phones end to connect.
Edit: Just to be more clear, it hangs on Establishing handshake for about a minute then says VNC connection failed.
