Despite 4 fans, the temperatures are pathetic. Hard pass for me.
 
the front pattern looks good but not for intake
 
Interesting layout and airflow design, I really like this for doing something different but it's a shame the intake vent design is so restrictive. It reminds me of the CoolerMaster Q500 and Q300 which looked to be great cases for airflow in theory but unfortunately sucked. Steve from GN basically said the case was ruined for the same reason you're having with this Sharkoon - the slot design of the intake vents leaves far too much metal in the way still:

Looking at the bottom of the Z1000, the intake isn't far off being a solid wall that air cannot penetrate, once you have the fan filters in place. :(

It's almost certainly enough for the PSU, which is the only thing that needs to take in air from the front panel. Could it be less restrictive? Sure. But I don't think it needs to be.
At >90% efficiency, a system with a 125W CPU and 250W GPU is only going to cause the PSU to generate about 30W of its own heat, and that's only at full CPU+GPU load.
 
I don't understand why they made the bottom vent design so restrictive. You're never going to see it and it serves as the primary intake, so it should be as open as is structurally feasible. Instead, it's like 80% solid metal.

And it's funny, they kill airflow with dust filters over restrictive metal panels, but then leave the metal side panel completely unfiltered? Dust is going to flow in freely from that panel, making all the filtration completely pointless in the end. What a poorly thought-out design.
