Nothing to worry about IMO.

It may. It should have a three year warranty.
Run WD diagnostics on it and see how it does,here:http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?modelno=WD3200AAKS&x=4&y=1
And check your warranty, here, if needed:http://support.wdc.com/warranty/index_end.asp?lang=en

Or, make a backup, run it til it dies then RMA it, if you have enough time left on your warranty.

Have you had any death clicking or problems. You might want to run a good disk scan and repair and see if it reports errors.
