Sli 980ti or 1080

Hello to everyone, i've already an 980ti, i want play 4k. I've an monitor 4k... but i can't reach 60fps... so i need another grapichs cards. I've to buy another 980ti or an 1080 and next year i'll buy another 1080 sli?

If 60 fps at 4k is important to you, you're going to want two 1080's. Perhaps wait for the Ti variant.

I saw 980ti scale 80% so.. with one i've saw in some games with good code like madmax i've 60fps... in the witcher 3 i've 40fps... so with two i'll must reach 60pfs?

Sure! If the games you personally play aren't completely taxing your system, go with what you think is best.

Oh yes ahah. Mhh my graphic card is always at 70c on OC. And i've an i7 4790k at 4.4grhz.. but my pc run realy well.

Always fill out ur System Specs it will help with a lot of questions sometimes.

If u can get a cheap GTX 980 Ti go for it if not mby 1080/Ti in SLI depends on what settings u also want to game at when we r talking in 4k.

Okey: i've i7 4790k, msi gtx 980ti gaming, hyperx 8x2gb dual channel ddr3 clocked 2400mhrz, psu corsair 600w.
that's all, the question is, if is realy worth get another 980ti to play 4k or i must change it (and sold them for 400€), and take for this year an 1080, i won't take an 1080ti because it's come out realy late like 980ti and after 9 months that's lost 400€ of value. and an 1070 run like it. (if i get another 980ti i must change this year psu for an 850). i hope it's everything you needed.

600W PSU is only just about enough for 2 980ti's. As you say you should definitely upgrade it if you get another 980ti.

I'd go for a 1080 unless you find a bargain 980ti.

Before SLI think to change PSU..even with 2x1080/Ti

I go with a 750w PSU in anycase scenario with SLI or CF

The system specs help ppl that is looking in the threads with the questions ppl as and sometimes ppl forget things like motherboard can only do crossfire or smth else so it helps filling it out.
