I have a laptop that have GTX 1050 Ti
What if I connect an external Desktop GTX 1050 Ti(via pcie nvme gen3 slot)
Would it run SLI?

I do not beleive so. SLI generally requires them to be both in a high-speed PCI-E slot with a separate high speed interconnecting bridge.
Additionally, SLI is dead. NVIDIA has ended driver support long ago.

1º Do you have a SLI "certified" MB? nope (I know its possible to"hack" the drivers around that check).
2º Is the 1050Ti on the NVIDIA desktop GPUs that support SLI, nope.
3º You need a physical connection via the SLI bridge, how are you doing that?
4º SLI is dead and most "recent" games don't support it, and most times run even worse with multiple GPU´s sooo...
