Slight, Intermittent Lag in Games When Using Razer Hyperspeed Single Dongle Pairing- How To Fix?

Been wanting to give wireless mice a shot, and since I have a Blackwidow V3 Mini and knew about being able to use two supported Hyperspeed devices through one dongle, I decided to give the DA V2 X Hyperspeed a try. Only had the mouse for a few days, but suffice to say I really do love it, even if my hands are on the small side (16.5cm x 8.3cm). But anyway, the only problem I've noticed when pairing my keyboard and mouse to use one dongle (been using the DA V2 X dongle, in this case) is the slight lag I get when gaming. It usually only lasts a few seconds, but I do notice it.

I usually have the DA dongle plugged into one of the two USB 3.0 ports on the top of my case. My case is literally right next to me on top of my desk. I would like to get one of those wireless receiver adapters that come with certain Razer mice (DA V2 Pro, Mamba Wireless) but I don't want to buy a whole new mouse just for the receiver. What are some alternatives?

I have a Razer Mamba Wireless receiver that I could send to you if you think it would work. The mouse only lasted a few months before having problems with the left click switch and it was too late to return to Amazon, and I didn't feel like playing RMA Roulette.

Maybe it's not what you're talking about - just a USB receiver. If it is, it's yours if you want it.

Ohhh, so it's just the actual dongle. Yeah, you're right, that's not *quite* what I was referring to. What I was referring to looks like this:

But if you have everything and the mouse doesn't work I'll take it off your hands if you want
