What is the smallest MITX case you have seen that supports a GPU? I have several spare cards in anything from a low pro 460 to 1080Ti left over from mining and want to upgrade my bedroom PC. I cannot make any headway searching for tiny little guys.

It is currently in an Antec ISK 110 so when I say small I mean small, small.

FD Node 202, or Silverstone raven are also quite small.
Not as tiny as your Antec, but comparable to old Dell Optiplex SFFs in terms of size.

Those look like CNC'd parts from pre-made chassis designs. I once bought a few cases from a small workshop in Kharkov. They were charging around $100-120 for pretty much the exact same thing w/o PSU. The only difference is that it was extended a bit to accommodate a FlexATX PSU (which is cheaper and easier to find/replace than HDPLEX or Pico). Looked exactly the same. I mean not similar, but like twin brothers.

My downstairs one is a Milo ML08 which is the same chassis as the Raven, I was looking for a bit smaller than that. Thicker is ok the length of the ML08 is why I don't want that route again.

I have seen this one and I am curious on it as well.

EDIT

Found this one on FB might go this route it seems to be unbeatable for the price.

Got one of these on the way, have a spare riser already. Actually have a 2x80mm radiator as well wonder if I could get some tiny loop action going.
