July 4th bought this Sniper 2 Ghost Warrior PC game on Steam for $2.99. Game is not the best but time pass is ok

Problem: Audio is not working properly - cut scenes audio work ok but in game dialogues not working, can only see txt display, but background music works, no sound effects like bullet firing or explosions etc.
Its like playing a partial deaf man game.
Tried changing my audio settings, used onboard Realtek as well as Creative Soundblaster headset, same issue. Turned off audio enhancements, Dolby, changed to lower quality (CD/DVD quality sound). Nothing works.
First Act worked, after clearing that level audio issue started.
Anybody know how to fix this problem?
