So I suspect that I was having problems with my windows 10 so I ran some commands in command prompt to see if I have any corrupt files

So I ran a couple commands that was suggest to check the windows system files in command prompt
So I ran

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

And here a image

It seems to found nothing or any corruption in windows

Am I fine and does this mean nothing wrong with my windows system files and my Window installation

If DISM with ScanHealth didn’t report “the component store can be repaired”, and instead reports “no component store corruption detected” then there’s nothing to worry about.

As said in the other thread, it appears fine. Is there some reason you think it is not performing well?

Is it fine that I ran the Dism Restorehealth even if I don’t have corrupt files

No harm is caused by running DISM with those commands.
