It's not regular Solaris, it's OpenSolaris.

But the works are similar to regular Linux, just really smooth and easier to work with. This is the first time I've ever been able to figure out how to get anything working in a Unix OS

ya i knew opensolaris was diff but alot of it should be the same id go with open solaris anyway im glad your knowing your way around it though good stuff.
