When you say "Bad Fans" what do you mean? Like some have a fan that doesn't work, or both fans on all the cards don't work or what?

the fans don't work as they have been sitting in a warehouse were not sure whats with them but some have fans that work and others not working and rather than go through the hassle we set the price low and said lets just sell them. that honestly is too much fiddling for me only to sell them at 220 or around there. the discount is that you have to fix the fans yourself.
