[Solved]Not all of my RAM shows up in windows

So not long ago I finally update my MB's BIOS ever since then I only have 12GB of ram showing up in windows when running 5Ghz CPU clock even though the old 0803 BIOS had no such issues. I've tried 4 different BIOSes and none of them have help and due to the change in the format of the ASUS BIOS files I can't go back to the 0803 BIOS that worked. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it.
Also when I use 125mhz BCLK I only have 8GB of ram regardless of CPU clock.
Changing ram speeds has no effect. Clocking the CPU down to 4.5Ghz fixes the ram.

Id power it down, clear dust remove ram, clear dust, clear the cmos,reseat ram, last but not least check for board warping.

Also you could search and see if an older dos bios flash program will allow you to flash the older bios back

OK so I try de dusting my MB and now the 16GB shows up however I have serious artifacting and everything is unstable. I cleaned the back of the board and all the DIMMS and as much as I could get to the CPU socket but it isn't helping. Could someone suggest what area I should focus on? because I have no idea where the dust could still be.

Artifacting!? Take your gpu out and clean the slot of dust and clean your gpu. Ensure to reseat it fully and ensure the video cable is fully inserted in the gpu and monitor lock it down

I'll try it though I have some doubts about it being the GPU. It's probably some CLU residue still stuck under the VRAM/GPU core if the GPU is at fault.

I meant the mobo slot but cleaning pins cant hurt, also checking what you said

i just had this issue on rampage v board but it was i was playing with the memory setting that deal with training not sure which board your running.
