some advices pls for i9-10900K after Overclock - seems low results in Cinebench R23, CPU-Z? Temp? May be Not optimized Bios?

Hello, need your advice pls and may be thoughts about test results (Not too low for OC CPU?)

Overclocked i9-10900K with NZT 360mm AIO, ->51x, ring 48x, 1.355V manual mode in BIOS, LLC turbo (on medium not enough sometimes in some test)

Some questions here - let me know pls:

Temperature -on screenshots - could be better with 1.355V?
but still Cinebench results R23 seems quite low 15200 - I saw 16200 mostly?... and this is for OC!

VR OUT 1.306V ( from 1.355 under loading?) Is so so?

Everybody post here sometimes quite low Voltage - it means under loading or in BIOS? So if they show 1,25V - under loading it will be 1.2V right?!

Push all limits till 4095W in Bios and no speedshift etc by other "manuals"- may be any advices for bios?

Put a 120mm fan on top of VRM (would be nice to know what board you have), and check again performance you get.

Hi,
Forget using coretemp you already have hwinfo running use it's min/ max temp and clock readings

First thing is either enable turbo boost or speed shift
Use all core 51/... and same voltage.

Look for these settings
Code:
CPU Core/Cache Current Limit Max. [255.75]
Long Duration Package Power Limit [4095]
Package Power Time Window [448]
Short Duration Package Power Limit [4095]

93C and 1.66v?
IMO Your CPU seems too hot. Too much voltage.
I can get 16200 with 10850k @ 4.8 1.217v on air cooling(open case with extra fan over MB for benchmark).
I would try setting custom negative voltage offsets in BIOS, if possible, to reduce your temps.
I'd try to find the my lowest stable voltage, and then let boost and TVB work.
I let my CPU boost to 5.4 which it can not hold in cinebench, and within couple seconds it settles in at 4.8 1.217v.
This gets me within a few hundred points of my best fixed multiplier score and with much lower voltage and temp.
Good luck!
Oh and those ram timings look nice BTW - what kind of ram is that?

my gigabyte motherboard Z490 support VR VOUT sensor and it shows the lowest voltage under C23 was 1.306 - pretty good I think.
VIDs yes- shows 1.66v but it what expected by motherboard as I know. The real is Vcore voltage or better VR Vout - it shows 1.353 - 1.368V

VRMOS looks like 63 temp and ok. . mother is Z490 Gigabyte Z490-VISION-G-rev-1x not the best not the worst.

I think I have exactly all core 51. manual fixed voltage 1.355v

About Long Duration I put the max in BIOS- 127, will double check.
Could try to look for Speedshift- but it seems PC is always in Turbo as 51x all cores and speedshift could not go lower and why? It is still 45C when idle

did this screenshot during the test - all cores on 51, voltage form fixed in bios 1,355 -> 1.307 under loading 256W....

Wish for temperature could be lower but seems it not throttling?!

+Still question - why is only 15000 scores in C23
