Hi Guys,
First of all, thanks so much for the tool. It is actually able to determine whether GPU is on or off on the Optimus platform. Great.
However, I have found a few problems so I thought I would share them with you:
1. If you start GPU-Z when the GPU is on the Sensors tabs is showing sensible data. But when you switch the GPU off (by closing the app that caused it to be on in the first place) then the 'GPU Load', 'Memory Controller Load' and 'Video Engine Load' go back to 0% for a moment (that's good), but then they start showing some silly values (well above 100% ;-) ).
2. After running GPU-Z a few times I wasn't able to start it anymore (I got a message saying that the driver couldn't get installed because the service was marked for deletion); A reboot solved this.
Please give me a shout if you need more info to debug the problems.
Take care,
Rafal
