Sound card not working.

hi there,
I am having trouble lately with my sound card Creative Labs Sound Blaster z when it first came out. However, i noticed it was not working. It completely disappeared from device manager. I tried to reinstalled the latest software but it keep saying it can't find the hardware.
I goto Sound, video and game controllers: High Definition Audio Controller. then i click on the mini window and click update driver.
Next i do Search Automatically for update driver software. It search online and gotten the Sound blaster Audio Controller. BUT IT KEEP SAYING ACCESS IS DENIED. WHY?
I done the Run as Administrator to installed the software but doesn't work.
I own the computer and have installed many driver with no problem whatsoever.

AMD 8350 CPU
MSI 970-G45 amd motherboard.
Windows 10 64 bit version. I used the 64-bit version software for the sound card.

look for a windows registry parameter that can be implemented to show hidden devices.

Take that card and put in another Pcie slot or try installing on another machine, if windows doesn't detect or try to install DRIVERS for the card, there is a possibility the card is/has died.

Try plugging it in another slot.

I had such problem with my ZxR, it is was hardware related in my case, bad PCIe line coupling caps. The controller doesn't properly reset initialize. The thing is very hot so no wonders here. They are older than two years.
