I use hotmail which in 2018 is outlook, not outlook 360 just outlook.

I keep getting spam mail from a mail adress that keeps changing adress except it's the same after @

I have triede to install spam filters, programs but i can't figure out how to setup it up so it works.

I don't know anything afbout outlook ports and i don't want to registre to some site, log in to the website that makes the spam program. i just want to get it and enable it and forget about it .

Please don't aske me if i have tried scanning with my antivirus program i have.

I use bitdefender internet security and malwarebytes.

All you have to do is to set up a rule to delete all email coming from the email address after the @ symbol, eg "@spammer.com".

However, the displayed email address may not actually be the real address which might well keep changing. To check it, you have to look at the email properties.

NO if i do that i can't get mail from the original site that uses the same adress after @

Im not shure how to do it so i don't se these mail at all and at the same time get regular mail from the site that has the same adress after @ as the spam mails

The spam mail adress keeps changing, except for after @ that is always the same cot1W06[1].png

You may need to set up a rule that looks inside the body of the message for certain words or phrases used only in the spam. Some spammers are very clever. And they are constantly changing their tactics just to thwart spam blockers. So fighting spam really is a never ending story.

I've been using MailWasher Pro since it came out in 2001. What sets it apart from other spam blockers is it is a totally separate program that runs on your computer, and it sits between your local email client and your mail server (or servers). It presents you with a totally separate Inbox from where you can process all your email. The Pro version lets you poll all your accounts. For example, I use it to monitor 5 gmail accounts and 4 Cox (my ISP) email account within one inbox.

Now the beauty is it only downloads the first few hundred lines of code fore each email. This is typically more than enough to see who it came from, the subject and most of the body - but no potentially malicious HTML code or attachments. So you cannot accidentally get infected by a malicious email! :) From the inbox, you can can typically see everything you need with that email, and from there, you can reply, forward, or even delete that email all before ever downloading it all to you local machine. It even has an undelete option.

With most other spam filters, you download the entire email and any potentially dangerous attachments or embedded object, and then analyze the email for spamminess. To me, that is like inviting the stranger into your home and then asking what he wants.

I get on average about 60 - 70 emails per day. The vast majority are forum notifications from the 8+ forums I visit daily. I can "process" all those notifications from MailWasher's inbox without having to download the emails to my local machine. Very nice. MailWasher lets you set up rules and it have a nice "learning filter" to help teach itself about new spam.

At the end of the day (or my computing session), my MailWasher inbox is typically left just 4 or 5 "keepers" - important emails I want to keep. I can then tell MailWasher to call up my regular email program (Outlook 2016, in my case) and have it pull down only those keepers to my local computer.

NO SPAM BLOCKER IS PERFECT! None will ever catch all spam and every one will occasionally and incorrectly tag some legitimate emails as spam. But MailWasher lets you easily manually tag or untag as needed. BTW, if you use a gmail address, they are notorious for "False Positives" - tagging legitimate emails as spam and automatically dumping that legitmate email into the spam folder. :( And the bad part is, that legitimate email will automatically and permanently be deleted after 30 days. My calendar scheduler yells at me every 3 weeks to check my gmail spam folders for legitimate email. I always find some. :(

Tech support for the pro version of MailWasher is great, plus there is an active forum full of many helpful, experienced users willing to help - whether using the pro or the free version.

If you have just one email address you need to manage, MailWasher Free may be all you need. There is a 10-day free trial period for the pro version.

In all fairness, the learning curve is a bit steep because it is a totally new program. But once set up, and you get used to it, it really is very easy and intuitive.

Ok, you didn't say that. There's not much you can do then other than let the Hotmail spam filter try to pick them up using heuristics.

Not sure what you mean. If you purchase the product, you may need to open an account - but that's so you can easily recover your licensing key should you lose it. As far as I know, to simply download and install the program.

FireTrust is a legitimate company. They are there to fight the bad guys, not be one.

Oh, and the free trial period for the Pro version is 30 days and you can install it on 3 computers.

woow that's expensive mailwasher pro

They have promo's (currently 25% off) but yeah, it is not cheap. But it works. If you give it try for the free trial period, you might find after a few weeks it is worth it.

I have to disable outlook aut search, how do i do that?

Didn't so any 25% when i tried to se the price

It is interesting that there is active spamming from this domain and nobody on their side is doing anything about it. At work, our domain has been blacklisted multiple times due to spamming from an address on our domain. We are a school school district and suspect that malware on some student or teacher's personal device is the culprit. My point is that it is very easy to be blacklisted on multiple lists without doing much and it is concerning that this domain is able to allow spamming without consequence. I just checked on mxtoolbox and they are not blacklisted on any lists. If it were me, I'd report them and use some tough love to get them to quit allowing spam tbh. Their mail admins would actually have to get up off their butts and stop some of this. Just my opinion, I am not familiar with nerds.dk.

I don't understand what you are trying to disable. I don't use Outlook - I use Outlook 2016. Totally different. As for your discount, you will have to contact them.

I somehow have to make outlook not aut search for mails, otherwise i would get the spam mail in outlook before i can blook them with mailwasher. (i get my spam in my unwanted mails so i don't see them in mailwasher unless i mark them not as unwanted mails, then i can block them with mailwasher)

Sorry, but don't know what you mean by "aut" search.

That said, you do need to tell your email program to just open without automatically sending or receiving any emails.

aut search for mail and get them, retrieve them

You know mailwasher has to get them first so i can block them and after a few days i never get those spam mails i currently get because they are not blocked by mailwasher

There must be some language barrier because you are not following me. I still don't know what "aut" means. It is not an English word.

ou know mailwasher has to get them first so i can block
Did you read what I said above? MailWasher (MW) does NOT go out and get the entire email.

This site is not about MW. I would suggest you pose your questions in the MW forums. Surely there are Outlook users there who could easily help you set this up.

aut = automatic

And I already addressed "automatic" in post #14 above.
