I have a lenovo w530
Everytime I load windows I have to wait 1-2 hours before the cursor and the apps can function smoothly, right after booting everything is frozen.
I used samsung magician and did a full scan on the ssd check photos.

After scanning was done it found errors, I tried the recovering option but samsung magician tells me it can't recover the disk and gives me a possible reason why, the intel drivers 12.8.10.1005 are not installed.
I looked and found these drivers on my lenovo website :
After downloading the package and installing each .inf file then rebooting I get the same error as to not having the 12.8.10.1005 intel drivers after running a full scan and also get windows frozen for the same amount of time as nothing was improved.

I have no idea what to do.

i have no idea what is going on there, but why don't you just get those drivers from the intel website

Those manufacturer drivers websites freeze in time and they never bother to update them after some time.

I just tried that intel rapid storage technology installer from your link it said my platform is not supported, I selected the one for Windows 10 so I just think it won't allow me cause I don't have a SSD from intel.

I downloaded tho the https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/do...hnology-driver-for-windows-10-64-bit-thinkpad from 2015 and it let me install it using the .INF file from the selft extracting exe, I assume it didn't check then if I had an intel ssd, I have a Samsung 870 EVO 1TB so It may not apply to me at all?? and I should unistall it? the magician software was telling me to install drivers from nloadcenter.intel.com/product/55005/-RST which apparently installed the INTEL HD 4000 drivers only after installing its driver scanner app but not rapid storage drivers which may not apply to me or even may not have install any sata drivers at all.

So why is magician telling me? anyone knows? should I RMA the drive or can it be repaired?
